Baking the Most Delicious Mouth Watering Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Melt in your mouth recipes for Christmas are here and I am excited to share some of my favorite Christmas recipes with you that I make every year at Christmastime. Festive holiday desserts make my heart sing!
Since my husband loves something sweet everyday during the Christmas season I bake a variety of goodies. I start with Ghirardelli Dark Brownies. Every year I bake these decadent beauties in September and freeze them. Carefully, I wrapped them in saran wrap followed by parchment paper and then aluminum foil. When I take them out in December they taste as fresh as the day that I baked them. Talk about too good! They are amazing. I buy at least 8 boxes of these starting in August so that I always have some on hand.
Now onto one of the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted in my life. They are peanut cookies. This cookie recipe is my absolute favorite when it comes to cookies. I love, no, wait, I adore peanut butter cookies. Here’s the thing though, finding the perfect peanut butter cookie recipe took a lot of time to find. One thing about me is that I will research and research until I find what I am looking for no matter how long it takes. And if I can’t find it I create it myself!
Diligently searching for the perfect, not too sweet, super peanut buttery peanut cookie I found it! Let me tell you that this peanut butter cookie is absolutely positively delicious and loaded with peanut butter. They are moist and just plain good.
If you love peanut butter like I do I think you will love these cookies. I found them here. They are easy to make and contain the perfect amount of peanut butter. I always add more peanut butter whenever I bake these sweet treats. Another tablespoonful is perfect.
The first time I baked and tasted these scrumptious cookies I was doing the happy dance! I tried to eat them all in once sitting, but I reminded myself that I had baked them for our holiday gathering.
Even though these cookies are amazing I only add brown sugar to the mix which makes them softer. I love them.
